From Passion to Purpose

The story of Jeewani Natural Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd. began with a simple vision—to create natural, high-quality products that promote healthier lifestyles while supporting sustainable agriculture in Sri Lanka.

Our founder and CEO, Mrs. U. K. B. Jayamini, developed a passion for entrepreneurship after completing her Advanced Level education and gaining valuable work experience. Growing up in a family connected to tea cultivation and agriculture inspired her to explore the immense potential of Sri Lanka's natural resources.

Her entrepreneurial journey began with mushroom cultivation. At a time when training opportunities and technical resources were limited, she demonstrated remarkable determination by learning through agricultural publications, newspapers, and guidance from the Department of Agriculture. While continuing her regular employment, she successfully established a small-scale mushroom cultivation business that quickly gained recognition for its quality and profitability.

As economic conditions changed and the availability of raw materials became more challenging, Mrs. Jayamini saw an opportunity to innovate. She began researching ways to transform locally available agricultural and herbal ingredients into value-added products while reducing food waste and promoting sustainability.

Inspired by the abundance of nutritious ingredients often left unused, she developed natural dehydration and processing methods to preserve their quality and nutritional value. This vision led to the creation of a growing range of herbal foods, organic powders, dried products, and wellness solutions designed for today's busy lifestyles.

Today, Jeewani Natural Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd. proudly offers premium natural products made with carefully selected Sri Lankan ingredients. Every product reflects our commitment to quality, authenticity, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
